I thought I would make a few sets of little notecards for the thrift store to sell for Mother's Day. Here's the first set I made.
Each set contains four 3 1/2" x 5" notecards (blank liner inside) and four envelopes, all in a little clutch. The clutch is held shut with a ribbon and a matching tag.
The clutch was made from a single piece of 11" x 11" cardstock and only required scoring, folding, gluing and rounding two corners. There was no other cutting involved! You'll find a tutorial HERE on Splitcoaststampers.
For each little notecard, I used a music background stamp and a paper bow made with an unbranded die set. I am not sure which stamp set my "just a note" sentiment came from, but lots and lots of sets have that sentiment.
I have made two other sets that are different from this one, but I will share them in a later post.
It is cold and rainy here today. I feel bad about that, as our company from Germany is arriving tonight. I was hoping the weather would give them a warm welcome, but I think the rain is supposed to continue--off and on--for the next few days. Boo!
Thanks so much for stopping by, and remember to laugh--a little or a lot--every day.

Oh, those are so cute! And so well done, too. That's great that you have an outlet for your cards and special projects. I should check around and see if there is anyplace around me that would accept them. Enjoy your company. It will warm up and stop raining eventually:)
Cute little note cards. I have a music notes IP and also paper but forget to use it. I think I wil have to look them up. I know you will enjoy your company--just have to find indoor activities.
Oh going to have to CASE this for sure - what a fun holder and pretty cards. I am always looking for something to send my chemo buddies and this would be perfect.
This is fantastic!!!
